Shipping FAQ


Due to brexit, customers from some EU countries will now have to pay import tax on purchases when your purchase enters the country. Please check in advance with your local post service for their import charges before ordering - these charges can come with a large processing fee.

We are pleased to announce that we can now ship to the following countries with Royal Mail's DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service:

  • France
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Netherlands

Orders to these countries will not incur further import charges on delivery.

We are still working on setting up shipping for all countries, watch this space!


PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER ON THE ORDER FORM IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. If you enter the wrong address, please email us ASAP at The address you enter on the order form is where we'll be sending it to, so please be sure it's the right one!

Me and Stef package and ship everything from my studio in the UK, through the Royal Mail. 

Tracking numbers are not available on the regular international shipping options but tracked shipping options are now available for some international locations.

We ship orders at least once a week - usually around the start and the end of the week.

For UK orders, packages should arrive within a week and for international, 3-6 weeks.  Sometimes international orders can take a little bit longer than this (most likely during holiday seasons such as Christmas).

The international post will be delivered by your local post service - they might be worth contacting if you've been waiting a while!

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We are a small two-person operation, so please make sure if you're placing an order you've checked sizing/are sure!




If your order has not arrived within two months of us shipping it, please get in touch. 

If your order arrives damaged, please send me photos of the packaging and the product itself. Without photos I cannot claim for compensation for your order, so it's very important that you send these.

Please make sure your address is up to date. If you order with the wrong address and your order is returned to me, I will get in touch with the email address linked to your order. From there I can offer a partial refund for the item (but not shipping) or resend your order if you pay again for postage, but items can get damaged in the round trip, so please make sure your address is correct!

Unclaimed items take around 3 months to get back to me, and items with incorrect addresses roughly take 2 months.
